Introduction to the Dashboards

On the Dashboards screens it is possible to create and view graphs, making the understanding and analysis of the information from economic groups easier. These graphs are comprised of indicators from accounting and/or management graphs, which ensure more precise analyses about the company’s metrics.

To better understand the dashboards, it is necessary to understand a few concepts:

  • What are 0anels and which are their characteristics?
  • How to create graphs directly on the panel?
  • How to create graphs from the Financial Statements?

What are panels and which are their characteristics?

The panel is the place where you enter the graphs, the, before you create graph you have to create a panel. You can create as many panels as you want, organizing their indicators per analyses or area, for instance.

The panel has flexibility so that the graphs are easily adjusted and resized, better adapting to the reality of your company.

Creating a panel

If you have no panel created or still have no permission to access the group’s panels, all you have to do is to click on create panel at the center of the screen to open the configurations. If you already have some panel all you have to do is to click on the selection list and then on + Panel.

The configurations required for a panel are the name and privacy. For the name, just enter it in the field and the privacy shall be described below

Privacy of the panel

You can define which are users can see or view the graphs from each panel.

Private privacy: only the user who created the panel can see it or edit it.

Public privacy: all the users from the economic group can see and edit the graphs that were created.

Personalized privacy: The panel administrator users can include other users to view or edit the graphs.

Filter on the panel

Just as in other Accountfy modules, the dashboards panels can be filtered by companies, cost centers, tags and views, in addition to having the possibility of considering management adjustments or eliminations.

You can use the filters feature on a single graph or in the entire panel to have a quicker view on all the indicators that are present. To know more about the graphs filter, click here.

The next step is to insert the graph.
