How to log into the platform

To access the Accountfy platform, you must have been invited previously to participate in at least one economic group. You will receive an invitation by e-mail that you will use to access cloud.accountfy.com to log into the platform, following the steps described below. Pay attention how you login, which may be through a common account or Google account.

For users with a common account

We use the authentication by two factors for users with common account. Follow the next steps to access the platform:

• On the initial screen, type your mail and click on the Proceed button;
  • You can keep the field “Save this email for access” selected so that you don’t have to type your email the next time you carry out your login. On the following screen, type your password and click in Proceed;
• Type the security code you shall receive via email;
• There, if everything worked out fine you shall be forwarded to the platform.

First access: finish registration

For Google users

Accountfy allows the user to login by means of a Google account. In this case, all you have to do is follow the next steps to access the platform:

• On the initial screen, type your mail and click on the Proceed button;
  • You can keep the field “Save this email for access” selected so that you don’t have to type your email the next time you carry out your login. On the following screen, type your password and click in Proceed;
• You shall be directed to the Google login screen. Here you must authenticate your access with your data and carry out the login;
• There, now you shall be forwarded to the platform’s main screen.

In case your account is not linked to Accountfy, even by validating successfully with Google, you will not have access through it and will get the message below:

First access: finish registration

The user using a Google account to login, after his first access, is redirected to the registration finalizing page, where he can edit his name. Since is not managed or stored by Accountfy, there is no option to redefine it (which should be done through Google Services). To access the platform, the user must also accept our Terms of use.

Invalid user or password

The platform identifies in case the username or password are incorrect. In these cases, the information below shall appear after entering the password:

After three successive unfruitful attempts, the system will block your login momentarily for security reasons.
