If you forgot your password, enter your email , click Next and then Forgot your password? to be redirected to the recovery screen. You will receive an email with instructions and an address to redefine your password.
The e-mail may take a few minutes to arrive, depending on the diverse e-mail servers. Make sure you are not in your spam box.
In the password redefinition screen, choose your new password and confirm it in the next field. Your password must follow the criteria below:
- Should contain at least 8 characters; of which
- At least 1 capital letter;
- At least 1 lowercase letter;
- At least 1 numeral;
- At least 1 special character (#is not allowed).
