User Preferences

To edit your personal information, as name, avatar, language preferences and password, click on your avatar, on the upper bar of the platform, and choose an option, as described below:

1. Editar perfil (nome, avatar e preferências de idioma)
2. Alterar senha (atalho para a aba de edição de senha)

Edit profile

1. Name: choose how you want your name to appear on the platform (and visible to other users);
2. Your initials: two characters (only letters) that represent you inside your avatar;
3. Avatar color: choose the desired predefined theme;
4. Language of preference: after login, the platform will appear in the selected language;
5. E-mail: for safety reasons, this information can only be edited by the administrator of the Economic Group.

For your preferences to be effective, click on save changes.

Change password

1. Present password: for safety reasons, you must inform your current password;
2. New password: type the new password, according to the information below;
3. Confirm new password: the password must be retyped, and must be the same as in the field above;

New password

The new password must abide to the following criteria:

• A minimum of 8 characters;
• At least 1 capital letter;
• At least 1 lowercase letter;
• At least 1 numeral;
• At least 1 special character (#is not allowed)

Forgot your present password?

If you don’t remember your present password, you must request its recovery. For this end, in Change Password mode, click on the link below the field Present password. An e-mail will be sent with instructions to redefine it.

Google Users

If you login with a Google account, you cannot change your password on the platform, given that we have no access to it and do not store that information in our servers. In this case the change must be carried out using the Google services.
