Besides creating structures on the platform itself, it is also possible to import management structures from an XLS platform, using an especially developed basis model for this action. This function is available for the items below:
- Assets
- Liabilities
- Result
- Direct Cash Flow
- Indirect Cash Flow
Downloading and filling out the model
In the Management structures module, access the option Import management structure in the contextual menu, located on the right upper corner:
Imported files must follow the Accountfylayout. For this reason, it is necessary to download the model to insert data correctly, allowing the platform to interpret them correctly in the import procedure.
Start with the Cash Flow tabs (Direct and Indirect), allowing an easier indication of the impact on the structures of Assets, Liabilities or Result, by means of the options lists.
It is important to determine the type of structure. The structure types follow the options available on each platform tab.
It is also possible to indicate a grouping structure in the column Grouping function, joining several structures in different levels.
Importing the filled model.
In the same modal where the model was downloaded, select the filled-out spreadsheet, if you want to exclude existing structures and create new structures or add structures to existing ones and click on the button Import management structures.
