How to Configure Bulk Access for Users

Learn how to configure bulk access for multiple users simultaneously by creating teams and managing permissions efficiently.

In this guide, we will learn how to configure bulk access, allowing two or more users to receive permissions simultaneously. The creation of teams allows you to organize and manage access for many users efficiently. You can define names, colors, and abbreviations for teams, add users, and grant specific access.

It is also possible to edit individual user access within a team and remove custom access if necessary. This process helps maintain access security and organization on the platform.

Let’s get started

The process starts by accessing the settings card on the home screen and entering the access management module. From there, you can create teams and assign specific access to each one.

Click on the Settings card

Click on the Access Management tab

In this tab, you will have access to all invited users in your account. Nessa tela, vamos acessar a aba de equipes.

Click on “Teams”

In the teams tab, you can create teams and assign bulk access to two or more users at the same time. Vamos começar clicando no botão de mais para criar uma nova equipe.

Click on “+”

Give a name, an abbreviation, and choose a color to create this team.
Step #5: Dê um nome, uma abreviação e escolha uma cor para criar essa equipe.

Once these details are selected, click on “create team”.

With the team created, you can assign the users who will be part of it.

Click on “Users”

After selecting the users who will belong to this team, you can now define what access and information this team will have in your account.

With the users added, start assigning the necessary permissions.

Click on the cards to assign permissions.

Here you can select the products, features, and information that this team will have access to, granting more or fewer permissions as needed.

You can assign access to modules, structures, companies, tags, and so on by correctly selecting the required information.

This applies to both the products and the account settings.If these users need to access settings, you can manage this access according to the team’s needs.

If you want to remove access, simply deselect the information or click on the remove product button.

Once all permissions are assigned, a success message will appear on the screen indicating that the settings have been saved.
