
How to grant access individually
Learn how to individually configure each user’s access permissions in your account, ensuring security and customization.
In this article, we will learn how to configure individual user permissions in your account. This allows you to grant specific access to each user, ensuring they only have access to the necessary information and solutions.
Let’s get started
Access the settings card on the home screen to enter your account’s internal settings. There, you will find the access management module. You can find the user’s name to be adjusted and configure their permissions by clicking on the profile icon.


This access management module lists all users who can access your account. To configure each user’s permissions individually, find the user’s name in the list and click on the profile icon.


In this user’s profile icon, you will configure the permissions and access this user can have within your account.
Each card here represents a solution within your account that can be enabled or disabled. This is the screen where you grant permissions.

By clicking on each card, you will see a breakdown of the available products. You can select the solutions the user can access or not. Once selected, the user will be able to view the information contained in that solution.

Within the groups card, you can configure access to companies, cost centers, management structures, as well as to budget forecast models and scenarios set up in this solution. By granting access to this information, the user will be able to access it through the platform.

In addition to granting access to group solutions, you can also grant access to products. To do this, select the product and enable what the user can access or not.


To remove access to a solution, click on “remove product.”
