Overview
The token is a code used to grant the Accountfy Support team access to all products and features available in a contract, ensuring fast and secure support. This article explains how to release it from the home screen so that the support team can have immediate access to your contract. Access is automatically revoked in 48 hours, but it can also be manually revoked at any time.
Releasing the Token

To release support token access, just click the “Headphones” icon on the right side of the home screen menu.

Next, a modal with the token code will appear. Click on “Validate Token” so our team can access your contract.

Then, a feedback message will appear on the screen indicating the token has been released.
Revoking Access Token
In addition to automatic revocation within 48 hours, you can manually revoke our consultants’ access by following the steps below:

Click the “Headphones” icon

Click on “Revoke Token”

Confirm the revocation. This action is irreversible!

A feedback message about the revocation will appear on the screen.
