Export in tables spreadsheet in Reports

In order to make the verification of the values in the Reports module easier, we offer the option of exporting the Explanatory Note Version tables in xls format. Each table existing in the document shall be a tab in the exported file. In addition, you don’t lose the standard formatting of these tables.

Shortcut for selecting dates in the Financial Statements

Your analyses became simpler with the date selection shortcut in the Financial Statement module. The shortcut located at the top of each table allows greater agility when making analyses and comparisons between periods.

Quarterly tables in the Reports 

The quarterly official reports also became easier with the new flexible dates option in the Reports. It is now possible to personalize the columns from the Cash Flow and IS/P&L tables with quarterly dates, according to the CVM (Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission) standard.

Other updates:

• Possibility of displaying, for instance, the dates in the MM/DD/YYYY standard, used by companies of the United States and defined in the configuration of the economic group.
• In the Reports module, when updating the document date, the customizable tables will be updated with the new date

Release 33 (April 08, 2022)

• We have promoted improvements in the Reports, among them the Statement of Change of Net Assets (SCNA) table, editing of graphs, possibility of hiding lines with no values from the tables, new column layouts and improvements of usability when inserting a line between existing contents;
• Improvements in the Financial Statements module, among them the possibility of becoming an obligatory management structure as daughter of another, in addition to betterments in the usability of the filters and general adjustments;
